The Soho Row House by Delson or Sherman Architects features a linear format meant to ease transition from room to room. The entrance of this modern apartment is near a large front terrace, which shares a back-to-back indoor and outdoor fireplace. Light blue furniture and organic shapes bring the outdoors into the living room, while a fascinating quartet of Weimaraner prints lead the eye to the raised kitchen and dining area. To keep this open space from clashing with the living room, upper cabinets are eliminated and items are stored behind sliding white panels.
Deep, rich woods compliment the eggshell white walls and floors, adding a touch of warmth to otherwise simple interior design ideas. Decorative touches are limited to white, keeping the smooth surfaces fresh and uncluttered.
Our favorite part of the Soho Row House is the numerous multi-level gardens and green roof that make this playful apartment as sustainable as it is beautiful.
